Cancellation & Rescheduling
Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours before the trip will result in a 50% deposit forfeiture.
Weather Policy
In the event of heavy rain or unsafe sea conditions, we will first attempt to reschedule your session to another mutually agreed time.
If no suitable slot is available, a full refund or free cancellation will be provided.

Self-Driving Policy
Self-driving is not allowed due to safety regulations. However, depending on weather and sea conditions, guests may have the opportunity to test drive under the captain’s strict supervision in designated safe open-sea areas.
