Cancellation Charges
In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation, the following fees will apply based on the number of days before the scheduled activity:

| 21 days or more before activity date | 30% |
| 14 to 20 days before activity date | 50% |
| 7 to 13 days before activity date | 75% |
| Less than 7 days before activity date | 100% (No Refund) |
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of cancellation due to bad weather conditions (as determined by the operator), a 100% refund will be provided.
