Cancellation & Rescheduling

Free Cancellation

Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours before the trip will result in a 50% deposit forfeiture.

Weather Policy

In the event of heavy rain or unsafe sea conditions, we will first attempt to reschedule your session to another mutually agreed time slot.

If no suitable slot is available, a full refund or free cancellation will be provided.

Professional Captains

To ensure a smooth and safe experience, all Jet Cars are operated by professional licensed captains.

Self-Driving Policy

Self-driving is not allowed during the tour due to safety reasons and marine regulations.

However, depending on weather and sea conditions, guests may be allowed to test drive the Jet Car under the captain’s strict guidance in designated safe open-sea areas.

Children aged 3 years and above are welcome
